There's a gathering at the Kalia restaurant in Lynnwood on the first Thursday of every month. The goal of the Forum is to provide a place where dancers can get to know each other and discuss concerns, hopes, and facets of belly dance. Janice Wing is the moderator and every one connected to the belly dance community is welcomed.

Future topics, which haven't been put in the calendar, include, "Costume Break-Downs" (not clothing disasters, but what makes a costume Ethnic, Tribal, Cabaret or Fusion), more music lectures (particularly translations to popular songs, how to tell if that upbeat song you love to dance to is actually upbeat or is talking about death and misery, etc), and whatever else we think of.
