Roxelana started belly dancing in Autumn 1991, with Alexandra. She was a founding member of Troupe Arabesque, Sticky Veils, and Ditto Squared. She has won competition awards for her alternative routines.

These days, Roxelana enjoys hosting events for belly dancers. Two monthly events and a semi-annual event, to be specific.


Choreography
Roxelana has been hired by the director of the teen troupe Desert Roses to choreograph a veil routine for them. They will be performing the routine late 2005. If you are interested in having Roxelana choreograph for you, please contact her at Roxelana(at)wingaling.net
